A project to transform a bungalow into a Japanese-style house. The project is located on a 450 square meter village in Anji. Originally it was a typical bungalow built in the 1920s. Drawing on the specific qualities and influences of the Siheyuan style, Unidirectional Architecture Design Studio drew aesthetic from the rustic, earthy and unique rustic style to create a Chinese courtyard house.
